While many companies are scaling back, I’m going to keep urging businesses to “stay the course” of their marketing and PR journey. Now is NOT the time to go off the radar. Otherwise, another company could capture market share.


  1. Update your website with current information.
  2. Gain control of your Google business listing at www.google.com/business
  3. Update hours of operation, new business practices, details and more on both your Google My Business page and your Facebook page regularly.
  4. If you’re not already using Facebook for business, start one today! It’s free and there are tens of thousands of potential customers who can learn about you through it.
